From the contents of this document it also seems that this document was written to point the weakness of judiciary system of that time and also the unfair treatment of African Americans under the fact of racism.

1. First important thing that this document describe that nine African American guys were on trial for assaulting two white women. In spite of the fact that the women didn't hint at assault and at first they weren't as panicked as they were later about the occasion.
2. Another important fact that this document shows that Amid the court case the African Americans were not given a fair trial, they were railroaded by an all white jury.
3. The third and most shocking point which this document reveals is that 8 young men were sentenced to death except one who was aged less than 12 years. No confirmation was discovered yet despite everything they did with the charges.
