Schools are faced with a great issue when it comes to our students and their food needs. The students would much rather eat fat and greasy foods than ones that are good for you and meat health requirements. Celebrity chefs have taken it upon themselves to help make school lunches healthier for the students, "The task is Daunting, not simply because Fast food is seductive and children are conservative eaters"(Levine, School Lunch Politics). The celebrity Chefs have to deal with not only children's taste in food but also the restraints put on them by the Department of Agriculture, whose commotidies make it difficult to create healthy food menues(Levine, School Lunch polotics). Schools have chosen to stick to a institutional form of school lunches rather than attempting to make change to healthier choices( Cooper and Holmes, Lunch Lessons).
