Schedule Change Request Analysis

Effective immediately, all schedule change requests should be submitted to your supervisor using the Schedule Change request form. This will ensure your supervisor has had a chance to review the request with you and to make sure the request is in the best interest of the needs of the unit and/or agency. If approved by the supervisor, it should be forwarded to Human Resources for approval. This step is needed to make sure the request is in accordance with the applicable bargaining agreement and Fair Labor Standards Act
