Scavenger Hunt Proposal

During the 12 days leading up to the event, there will be 4 locations throughout the Conejo Valley. These locations are, Tierra Rejada Golf Club, Westlake Starbucks, Westlake Brewery, and Chik-fil-a (to be determined). Through social-media, we will advertise about the 12 day scavenger hunt leading up to it. Once the scavenger hunt begins, volunteers may post about where they are located to drawl participants in. On those 12 days, we will have designated times where participants of the scavenger hunt can show up to any location and donate (to be determined period of time). At these locations there will be volunteers wearing Waffle Wednesday shirts who will be managing the donation boxes. Participants can show up to any location to receive a
