Dom Giordano tone is extremely harsh, compared to Charles Lane and Colpo. His mantra should be: “Sucker students of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose, but your student-loan debt” (Giordano). Sanders planned on only offering free tuition to people who are attending a four-year college or a community college. Many students feel like some of the classes they must take will not get them jobs that will help them pay back their student loans. No matter how much Sanders might think he is going to help by offering free tuition, some students will take that and get to college and not do their work. As far as community college, many of my students told me that if it were free it would attract slackers who would not be serious about their education and cause problems in the classroom (Giordano).
