I would like to express my position and experiences towards the commitment to diversity and strong interpersonal skills.
I interact with people of different gender, race and background on a daily basis. Particularly, with students, faculties, and administrative personnel from the United States of America, Mexico, Brazil, France, Africa, China, Thailand, Middle Eastern Countries and India. The interactions have allowed me appreciate their emotions and reaction to different situations. My involvement in developing academic partnerships and exchange programs provided me insights on the cultural and communication barriers, learning aptitudes, and collaborative educational models.
