There are also programs with entitlement, in which people who meet certain requirements automatically get payments. Since these payments are automatic they are expenditures are locked into the federal budget and Congress are the only ones that can fix the margin of the budget. There is too much money being spent on these programs and still these programs continue to grow. One reason there has been a good amount of decline over the years is the poverty rate of the elderly and the high poverty among children. People worry that new technology would take over jobs and services threatens firms that are important for the health. America also takes a big role when with global economic instability, in which the country is concerned with stabilization global finical markets and recusing other countries that need help. The United States is forced to share global financial and economic leadership with other countries, even though the country is struggling. Even intellectual property rights had become an issue. A major concern is the protection of life saving drugs, in which Americans believe companies should provide drugs at a lower price or allow poor countries to make generic brands.
