A conflict that doesn’t do this is the Culture of Verona because the actions characters are independent of the culture. You could say that Paris’ rush to marry Juliet was caused by their culture, “Younger than she are happy mothers made”. Instead, I think that this was rushed despite the culture because even Capulet tries to say that they could marry later in life “And too soon marr’d are those so early made”. Another thing that could be blamed on the culture are the protagonists’ rushed decisions. “Holy Saint Francis, what a change is here! Is Rosaline, whom thou didst love so dear, so soon forsaken?”. I think that these decisions are because of Friar Laurence's advice and pressure of their parents. Finally, it could be said that their quickly accelerating relationship is because of the culture of Verona. I’d argue that this is because of their passion for each other, less than the culture.
