Also the scholarly journal, Public Administration Review or PAR is published by the ASPA as well as the PA Time which is a monthly newspaper. The PAR is considered to be scholarly and practical and has been well known and respected by academicians and practitioners. Professionalism has been promoted in the field of public administration by the ASPA in three key areas: American public administration, public administration in other countries and through its emphasis on its high ethical standards.
