My assessment result indicated that my leadership style is participative, also known as democratic leadership. Participative leader considers the group members and experts inputs before making decisions, which makes participative leaders the most effective and accurate in decisions making (About.Com, Psychology, n.d.). This leadership style allows other to develop as leader, reduce stress, and increase motivation and creativity (Giltinane, 2013).
