effrey Dahmer was born on May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During Joyce Dahmer’s pregnancy, she suffered from partial paralysis and was given barbiturates, morphine, and phenobarbital. Lionel Dahmer, his father, spent most of his time working on his PHD in Chemistry and had little time for Dahmer. His mother had an addiction to anti-anxiety medication, therefore was no one to encourage him to stay away from the lifeless.
