For example, the Eugenics Theory was supposed to produce a utopian society, but in reality, the movement only caused pain and suffering. The theory was not based on any scientific or substantial evidence. The data collected only proved that wealthy people had more advantages while they also stated that it proved that the wealthy were genetically superior. ISIL stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and is a terrorist organization founded in 1999 by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. The United Nations has held ISIL responsible for human rights abuses and war crimes along with ethnic cleansing on a historic level. To compare these two, They both deal with harming innocent human beings and both had the idea of ethnic cleansing, but only ISIL fully developed it.
To compare them, ISIL is a terrorist group while Eugenics was a study of pseudoscience. eugenics never purposefully killed anyone, but the idea was given to Hitler, who tried to annihilate the Jews and other racial groups.
