We understand discipleship is crucial to the well being of Christians so there must be a plan in place for Christians to fully become disciples of Christ. I believe this is done through small group ministry. Scripture states, “We proclaim Him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all energy, which so powerfully works in me” (Col.1:28-29 NIV). We must strive to place people in small groups for true discipleship to take place. It is a given fact that studying and asking questions cannot be accomplished in a Sunday service. We must have a plan in place that makes people feel comfortable to share and open up to learn and become like Christ. We desire to see discipleship simplified; I share my life stories with you. You share your life stories with me and together we share the life story of Jesus Christ

We want them to become disicples of Christ, living out the great commission. More importantly we want small groups to have offered people certain criteria. They are as follows:
• A place to connect.
“Yes, whatever a person is like, I try to find common ground with him so he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him” (1 Cor. 9:22 TLB). It is easy to feel alone in a crowd. Small groups are an open door into the life of our church family. When you are in a small group, you experience the love and strength of biblical community.

We know what real love is because Christ gave up His life for us. And so we also ought to give up our lives for our Christian brothers and sisters (1 John 3:16).
