The contest between Germany and Britain at sea between Germany, France, Russia Alliance System- where big countries stayed together incase of a war.
The triple alliance and leaders of big alliances acted reckless towards others. Imperialism- Ruling over a country.
European countries ruled smaller countries, and competed with each other. Colonies became known as Imperialism. France and Britain had many colonies in Africa and Asia. Germany and Italy decided they wanted a empire too. They hated others who had raw material and cheap labor.

The document stopped fighting in Western Europe. This allowed allies to win this specific war. The 14 points had a major effect on Germany. They swapped prisoners and even took soldiers away from their border. Also there were the 14 points, which were for world peace. The points were even helpful others settle disputes. The 14 points was based off research. The points even took away all economic barriers between countries. It allowed boats to drive freely in the waters. It even let citizens have open minds. The treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty that ended WWI. It ended between Germany and allied powers. The treaty helped compromise with everyone and it made Germany pay for all.
