Creon caused all the people’s death. Everyone either died or hung themselves is all because of him. However his tragic flaw that leads to his downfall is because of hubris. He was too proud to realized that he is wrong he is a king and he wanted that everyone would follow his laws and listening him, but Antigone broke his laws by bury her brother Polynieces. He was wrath at her that he told her he will bury her alive. Creon didn’t wanted to follow his son Haemon 's advice to not bury Antigone alive but because of hubris he didn’t even realized that he caused Antigone’s death, Haemon’s death and his wife Eurydice. If he would me more respectful Antigone’s wishes he would never cause this, it would be much better if none of this would happen. So Creon would not live in a guilty. Creon did recognized this mistakes, because a result of his pride resistance to fail. He tried to save Antigone of hanging herself so that show as that he felt upset because of his mistakes so he went to free her, but it was too late to prevent the resultant a catastrophe. Antigone and his family died by killing themselves. This shows that hubris may lead to their fate, because the pride and obstinate that caused Creon to believe that he can stop Antigone by not burying her brother Polyneices. In exposition of “To Build a Fire” it is a gold gray night on the Yukon trail where the character determined to get to his friends. In the rising action because of character’s hubris that he can walk by himself when it’s below seventy five degrees and the character face is numb and he is determined to his location faster. Tension is introduced when the character fall into the water and almost freezes his leg but makes a fire that keeps his pride alive. The climactic decision was to build a second fire, but it fails and his pride drops. During the falling action as the pride of the character falls after failing to keep warm. .In the resolution we learn that character died because of his pride that he can do it by himself and pride comes before the fall. The structure of this story shows that “Pride comes before the fall”, because the character was hubris to get to his location by himself, but died trying. Once pride fell the character realized that pride is not more important than life. It was late to get his life
