The ASPCA was founded on the belief that all animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatments when in the hands of humans, and are on a mission to make sure all animals receive such care. When the ASPCA had found out about the dog fighting, they were sure to not back down unless every person that was involved was thrown in prison. After all the investigating was done, the ASPCA finally got a warrant and arrested many people that were involved. When they had gotten a hold of all those dogs, some reacted better than others. Some were still traumatized by the treatment they had received from their previous owners, but came around once they were treated and cared for. Sadly, others were not lucky enough to make a full recovery and never got adopted. Thankfully, Bam connected with one of the medical examiners, Lacey, right away. She soon started the process of adopting him, and now Bam is in a loving
