Powder Springs, located in Georgia, is a place between Marietta and Hiram. It is a city located in Cobb County. The people in Powder Springs focus on family life and how they can better themselves. They try to help others as much as they can, but it is not always easy. The town is full of life and life experiences. The people of Powder Springs respect each other and are extremely friendly.
The community comes together on necessary needs and forms farmers markets. People of different cultures show their love for each other during these markets by selling their talents and treasures. There is a farmers market every Saturday morning so that people can come together and make a living. For some people, the farmers market is a way to make side money for wants. For others, the market is the only way people make money. These people are usually farmers and they have grown up farming. The market is held downtown in a banks parking lot.
I love the fact that it has a downtown area with 2 beautiful churches. The churches are directly across from each other. The Methodist Church is where my dad grew up. He and his family went to that church all of his adolescence. The Baptist Church is very large and absolutely gorgeous. The sanctuary has beautiful stain glass in every window and all of them are different. Along with the stain glass following the pews, there is a giant stain glass above the stage as a backdrop. The Baptist church is where my mother grew up. They grew up ten yards from each other but didn’t start dating until High School. When I visit the churches, I met all these people that my parents grew up around. Seeing how they grew up and became who they are today is really cool. I love going and visiting their childhood churches because I get to hear stories about them growing up. Having grown up in the same town as my parents I experience the same things they did. All of my family lives 15 minutes away from me; they have gotten to be around for all of the important events in my life. Having them right down the road is another reason I love Powder Springs. I believe that Powder Springs has a very diverse culture.

There are many different types of people that reside there. There are also many different types of housing; I think that has a lot to do with diversity of culture. My dad works with immigrants from Mexico. He says that they work harder than anyone else he knows. He and I both think that that is their nature and beliefs. Although I believe that the diversity of culture is an awesome thing, there are people in the south that do not agree with it. These people believe that all people should believe and act the same. Different beliefs and customs allow people to be themselves and not have to worry about being judged. I believe that the Powder Springs area is a wonderful representation of people being your self. The food in the south is unbeatable; but the food in Powder Springs is even better. There are hole in the wall restaurants that only natives know about. They look sketchy outside but the food is mouth watering to think about. One I can think about is a

During this brief period, plants begin their springtime duties only for winter weather to return later on. As the climate has grown to become warmer, the appearance of false springs is supposed to decrease across North America.…
