The autocratic leaders follow close supervision of the employees. The strict performances standards are set by the autocratic leaders are clear directions are provided to the employees for fulfilling the task.

Participative style:
Participative leaders always support the employee’s opinion in decision making even though the final result will be taken up by the leader himself. The employees will be more committed to work as they feel worth for the organisation as their opinions and suggestions are valued by the leaders. More creative ideas will be possible in this kind of leadership style
Positive aspect of participative style:
Participative leadership style helps develop commitment among the employee as they are also a part of the decision making. The creative employees will be more benefitted by this leadership style that it creates an opportunity for the talented workers to grow. There will be open communication in this type of leadership and this can be mutually benefiting to both the leaders as well as the employees.
Negative aspect of participative style:
Wastage of time will be a problem in the participative leadership style as the management and employees will be discussing both their opinions in the matter and also sometimes there can be chances of deviating from the topic which can ultimately lead to wastage of time and money for the organisation.

Training and development programmes must be conducted by the managers for the growth of effective leaders. Development programmes helps to shape the skills of the leaders which will ultimately increase the productivity.
Good leaders provide positive organisational climate and harmony in the organisation. Experienced and skilled leaders will be highly productive and bring quality and dedicated team because of his past experience. The leaders always need to focus on the importance of having a dedicated team.
The leader should clearly understand the importance of the task that need to be done and the role of each team members. The task need to be properly divided among the subordinates so that the misuse of authority can be avoided and the accountability will be clear if any variance has been
