Pocahontas was known for bringing the English colonist and the Native Americans together. Even though Pocahontas had many struggles along the way she got the two cultures to come together and work together.
Pocahontas married an English colonist named John Rolfe. Therefore she didn’t want conflict between two world. Without Pocahontas the English colonists would of starved. Pocahontas showed then colonist how to plant corn and more. Pocahontas was the first Native American to convert to Christianity.
Pocahontas showed the English colonists that the Indians aren’t savages.She showed them how to plant corn using the Indian knowledge
