Pitman Hall is in Toronto and is Ryerson’s largest residence with 14 floors and 565 rooms (Housing and Residence- Ryerson University, n.d.). The main floor has a cafeteria where the students can eat food. The following report is based on the risk categorization inspection of Pitman Hall’s cafeteria.
A risk categorization inspection is carried out by Toronto Public Health. The purpose is to determine the risk level of the premises and the frequency of inspection.
