Within the sport’s world, the main purpose as you grow older becomes competition and winning. The spirit of competition comes with every aspect of life. Whether that competition between athletes or businesses, you are always competing for a spot as the top person in your field of work. Everyone wants to be at the top as either a champion, captain of a sports team or a CEO of a company. In sports, especially contact sports, it’s a mental battle as well as a physical one. You need to be courageous enough to take a hit as well as give a hit.
