With different laws from different states, we found that one is suitable. The Virginia Board of Education Guidelines has four set of rules. Within those rules, are policies and procedures explaining that each student doing any extracurricular activities must acquire information about concussions with their guardians every 12 months. If tested positive for concussions, the next set is a “protocol for return play” (Virginia). The victim must be diagnosed with a concussion, and must be treated right away. Once healthy again, the school must receive a written medical form from their doctor (Virginia). The Next procedure is to replace or recondition football helmets. Based on their conditions, if a helmet is in critical shape, the helmet must be replaced, and every off season every helmets must be refurbished. The last set is an optional concussion education
