My whole life has been a huge thinking game about what I want to do in life and now it's here. What do I want as my major? Despite going back and forth, I finally chose what major I want to pursue, and that major is economics. I mainly chose this major because it will prepare me the most for law school which I plan to do after receiving my undergraduate degree from West Virginia University. I am currently on track with my major, and over the next four years, I plan to take all necessary classes needed for my major and to help better myself for law school. Choosing economics came pretty easy to me because I have always been interested in the concept of the economy and how the economy functions. Economics is a subject that one can have an absolute love for or outright hatred. I chose the loved part and jumped right in. The course work that I have to do is pretty extensive but not terrible. Retirement is the last step in my professional life, and I plan to enjoy and cherish every single moment of it by traveling the world and eating new and exciting foods every single day for the rest of my

From my undergraduate career at Case Western Reserve University, where I studied Economics, I learned a lot about myself in an academic sense. I learned that I was good at understanding complex concepts introduced in these classes. I found that I had a very deep interest in finding out how the business world works, and how different analytical tools can used to make sense out of data collected from our society. The economics classes that I took, along with a healthy side of mathematics and Russian language courses, helped me to shape the approach I have taken since graduation in May of 2013.…
