They get to create anything in a book, or they can create a non fictional story or some form of writing. (which you can research, and have real world problems in). It is very important that we have authors, if we didn't have authors. We wouldn't be as smart as we are today. Authors help children learn reading, writing, and school lessons. They might not have a steady paycheck, but authors that have a company they write for have to work with time limits. You also have to have really good skills such as: creativity, critical thinking skills, writing skills, and english skills. In 2053 the writer/author is considered to be a dead profession. The police car even goes so far as to state, “No profession (Bradbury 1)” when Mead discloses what he does for a living. In the year of 2053, in this age of screens and technology, in a society where life is geared so heavily towards nights indoors spent in front of the television, Mead’s self declared job is a concept that the police car cannot grasp as a job. Simply put, the demand for authors and literature of any kind has reached an all time low.…

In order to write a Literacy Narrative, you must first choose one specific moment or topic that you think is very significant to you or interest you. The first thing I do when it comes to writing is that I make my own space. I make sure I stay in a quiet room where I am able to think, focus, and concentrate on my writing. Then I start recapping my moments, and just start writing whatever comes to my mind to express my words and thoughts through writing. After a while, I take a few breaks in between where I get myself a little snack or a drink and then later on, I start working on my paper.…

My History As A Writer Throughout my lifetime I have come to love and absolutely hate writing. The reasoning of the assignment or topic has a lot to do with my affinity and disgust. Although learning new things, like writing, was something that I loved doing in elementary school, that all changed when it was daily implemented. As an art form I recently come to love writing down my thoughts, ideas, opinions and stories.…

A copywriter is expected to be skilled in coming up with great advertising ideas as well as putting them to paper in a very articulate and effective manner. A copywriter should also have a good grasp of layout and typography because visuals are also very important in advertising. Most advertising agencies require aspiring copywriters to have a solid background in the field, preferably working for at least three years in the business. Copywriters are of course expected to have obtained a college degree, usually in liberal arts, communications, business management, and marketing. A lot of copywriters take college courses that combine creative writing with marketing and this prepares them well for a good copywriting…

Sometimes we need a little help or a spark of inspiration from other artists or inventors. It is said that Johannes Gutenberg got the idea of a new means of printing from a Dutch artist. After about four years of planning and thinking, Johannes Gutenberg got a loan and created the first prototype for the printing press. Soon thereafter the printing was at full force and people all over Europe had a copy of Johannes Gutenberg’s first Bible. With the accessibility and cheap cost, people could read the Bible for the first time.…

Over the course of this semester I learned a handful of things about myself as a writer, that will help me develop as a more proficient writer over the course of my four years here. As a writer one of my strengths is backing up my argument with solid and concrete evidence that truly makes the reader believe what they are reading. Another area of my writing that I excel in is being able to process great ideas that follow the guidelines and the prompt. With that being said I have also seen that while the ideas may come with ease, I do have a challenging time with getting the ideas from my head onto paper in a manner that isn’t so disorganized that it makes the reader second guess themselves. Another shaky part of my writing comes much before the actual forming of sentences.…
