Kehlani
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful young girl named Kehlani. Kehlani was 15 years old and lived on a farm in the largely under-class valley of Meclava with her mother, Aria. While her family didn't have much, Kehlani and Aria were both beautiful and Kehlani had an amazing rhythmic talent. Kehlani could sing, dance, and play any instrument. One day, the god of the sun and music, Apollo, came to their farm in search of fine hay for his horses. He saw Aria and fell in love with her at first sight. They married a week later. Apollo found Kehlani extremely talented and as a wedding gift to her, was made goddess of rhythm.
About a month after Apollo and Aria’s union, Kehlani was wandering through the streets of her new city, Ouala when

“This is the loveliest guitar I’ve ever seen! How much for it?”
“200 drachmas,” the man replied.
“200? Why, I don’t have that type of money!”

“Free?”
“Yes. Completely free of charge.”
“But wait! How will I play the guitar if I do not have any talent?”
“Do not worry. The guitar is a very simple instrument to play. You will have it mastered within days. Besides, I will not take all of your talent. You will still be able to sing in tune and dance with rhythm. It just will not be as astounding as before.”
“Well if that’s the case, I’ll take the guitar,” Kehlani said, excitedly.
The man said a few words and Kehlani fell backwards and passed out. When she awoke, the man was gone and in his place was the guitar. She ran over to it, snatched it up, and ran

She didn’t want anyone in her family to know she had the instrument until she mastered it. She went about her daily chores until it was dinner time. At dinner, Kehlani always sang the song of grace to the gods. When the time came, Kehlani opened her mouth to sing and the noise that came out was absolutely horrendous. Apollo and her mother sat watching, appalled. Kehlani however, did not realize anything was wrong and continued singing until the end of the song. When she sat down, Apollo was furious.
“WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR VOICE?” he boomed angrily.
“What do you mean?” asked Kehlani, her voice shaking with fear.
“Honey, calm down,” said
