For example, I have learned the salary and environment of this workforce. The people in CVS Pharmacy makes about twelve to twenty dollars an hour, which is the kind of money that I am not aiming for when I start my career as a full grown adult after college. The environment of this workplace, what my interviewee told me, is both in office and mostly in groups of people while traveling. I know that I would rather work with people individually rather than hundreds of people surrounded me, so I have learned that this job would not be the right occupation for me. There are some areas of being in the CVS Pharmacy occupation that I would enjoy, but there are some that won’t fit my personality, from which I have learned from this interview with Aunt Didi. These responsibilities taught me to make use of time and be more social. This environment was amazing to me because I had always wanted to understand how a pharmacy is managed. I am a registered pharmacy technician and have practised in community pharmacy for almost 6 years in the UK. The services that the pharmacy was providing were like where I had previously worked and all the standard operating procedures were similar. However, during the placement, I could see the pharmacist’s point of view rather than a technician and how the role of the pharmacist is different from that of a pharmacy technician. The pharmacist’s role was more focused on the clinical aspect, rather than just dispensing and ordering medication. I learnt how to recruit patients who are eligible for Medicines Use Review (MUR) and New Medicines Service (NMS).…
