Personal Narrative: I M Thankful

Decent Essays
Many have pointed out that I have been MIA this summer and I truly apologize for all of the missed calls and texts. I spent the entire summer working towards my dream. It paid off.

This has been one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life. I am so thankful for every single person that took the time to guide me along the way. I'm thankful for my love, who took a leap of faith and moved to McDonough with me last December for my internship and has supported every decision I have made since then. I'm thankful for my parents who have supported me since day one and have celebrated every accomplishment, no matter how small or big. I'm thankful for my family. I'm thankful for my friends. I'm thankful for my professors at Georgia

The First to Succeed Not many people enter college knowing exactly what they want to do for a career or exactly what they want to major in, and if they do, they generally end up changing it. However, because of Blackfoot High School I consider myself one of the few. I know exactly what I want to major in and it is because of the classes and activities that I have been a part of that I am so prepared. BHS is responsible for who I am, who I’m going to become, and most importantly, BHS yearbook is responsible for the career that I have chosen to pursue.…

Have you ever heard the term home is where the heart is? In the summer after my freshman year, I found this to be true. I encountered experiences that illuminated the value of time spent with family and how this creates a sense of home. My family and a few members of my congregation went on a mission trip to Duluth and Superior. We did a variety of things such as helping people in hunger stricken areas, working and arranging clothes in a woman’s shelter, and spending time with kids at Superior’s Boy’s…
