The person I am today is someone that has had a great deal of life experience in the short amount of time that I’ve been here. I enlisted into the Marine Corps at the age of 17 and turned 18 the day I arrived to boot camp. I quickly had to learn what it meant to be responsible for those around me to include their welfare, their lives, and their families. I also developed strong leadership and management skills to accompany those skills in which are needed to be a successful Career Marine.
