I felt on top of the world, as if no one could touch me. I had this same feeling when we climbed the mountains. Sugarloaf Mountains could be seen from my aunt’s farm. The mountains had a purple and pink-cotton-candy color and an elevation of around 1,300 feet. When we reached the top of the mountains, I remember being able to see for miles and miles. I even recall trying to spot the farm, but was unable to do so. As we reached the top, we would have our lunch and drink our lemon San Pellegrino’s on one of the boulders hanging off the mountain. The tang of the drink quenched your thirst after the hike. It was here, at this moment, I felt in touch with nature and was able to see all the beauty around
