Comminuted fracture of the right parietal bone, linear fracture of the left parietal, breakage of the squamous suture at the right and coronal suture, fracture of the left temporal bone; laminar and meningeal hematomas with low volume of the left frontal region and of basal regions of the right frontal region.

Echocardiographic evaluation of coronary vessels – there are signs of diagonal trabeculum of left ventricle cavity. Cameras are not dilated, hemodynamics is preserved.
Abdominal ultrasonography, kidney and pleural cavities – without traumatic abnormalities.
Ophtalmological description - 22.01.17 – at the left - balanced, at the right –pupil is dilated, fundus is pale pink, veins are dilated.
Echocardiography – sinus rithm, heart rate 111 per minute, нормограмма.
CBC - 22.01.17- НВ-118 g\L: red blood cells -4.96*10*12, leukocytes -9,4*10*9. CBC - 25.01.17- НВ — 107 g\L: red blood cells - 4.58* 10* 12, leukocytes - 5,3*10*9, СОЭ-35 мм\ч.
Urine analysis – urine is yellow. Protein - 0,015, epithelium 1-2 in field, leukocytes 1-2 in field, red blood cells 0-1 in field.
