Panasonic Corporation of North America is Panasonic's principal subsidiary in the United States. It has been headquartered in Newark, New Jersey since 2013, after being previously headquartered in Secaucus, since the 1980s; both Newark and Secaucus are located within New Jersey's Gateway Region.
Founded in New York City at the MetLife Building in September 1959, it was known as Matsushita Electric Corporation of America (MECA) prior to 2005.

The research technique used in the research depends on the type of research pattern used. The research types are basically of 5 types.
1. Quantitative research- In this type of research, the research is done through collecting and converting data into numerical form so that statistical analysis can be done.
2. Qualitative research- In this type of research, the research process is done through collecting and analysing data through surveys, interviews and other sources of information.
3. Correlation analysis- In this type of analysis, research is done through comparison of strength between two or more variables.
4. Experimental research- This type of research involves experimenting through placing participants in two or more groups.

2) Part availability-
a) When any part of AC is damaged or defective, sometimes the availability of part is a major issue in market.
b) During my study I came across complaints that proved the fact that part availability is a major issue and many times the complaint is extended for a long time due to a defective part and unavailability of that part.
3) Voltage problem-
a) This is the major problem that generally arises in more than 5 to 10% of customers.
b) This is one of the external factor for any AC brand, which can only be dealt by coordination through government.
c) In my study I came across a customer that faced the same problem. The main challenge is to provide different steplizers for different voltage readings for different customers.
d) The customers don’t know about the voltage problem and they start complaining for the defective AC provided by the company. The problem is not the AC but the voltage.
