All children will be weaned from their mother at age one and will live at the boarding school until they complete a trade or post-secondary education, where at that point they will be considered model citizens and fit to enter society. Boys and girls will attend different schools, but will be given ample opportunities for socialization through dances and other planned social functions. The boys will be taught not only mechanics, carpentry, and hunting, but also the importance of being involved in child rearing and household duties. Girls will be taught how to do household duties, child rearing, as well as be taught how to do some mechanics and carpentry in order to teach our young women how to be self-reliant. In addition, all children will receive a proper well rounded education. Upon completing high school, children will continue their education either through a trade or post-secondary school. This will be determined by both the child’s academic scores, and more importantly by the child’s interest. In order to do this parents will have designated days where they get to spend the day with their children as a family and bond with other families. For those children, unfortunate enough to have absentee parents they will have the opportunity to be placed with a family that will love them and treat them as their own. This will ensure that they are not left out during this time and they get the same opportunity to experience the importance of family bonding. To continue the efforts of family connections brothers and sisters will be kept on the same grounds. One unit will hold girls and one unit will hold boys, but they will be kept within the same facility. Siblings will also have a unique bonding time, where they will have their own time to interact with each other. As a result, this will enforce the idea of the family unit and ensure that it is not
