Most people are notoriously known for their ruthless and conniving ways. That’s why there are plenty of injustices in the world. It is up to the United States legal professional team to create a more peaceful and preservative society. This paper will be uncovering and conducting research to further explain to my fellow readers the requirements and historical background of a lawyer.

Passing the Bar exam is the only way on getting this career. It might be hard, but there is also the shocking revelation of expenses. It’s a great career, having to pay for the books and having to take out student loans that throughout the future will accumulate, is not that satisfying. It is a very needy job that needs skilled and critical thinkers. Lawyers also have to be great listeners, persuasive, be very good in making judgment. A lawyer has to have skills that nobody else could posses. They have to be hard workers, be willing to fight for anybody if they feel the need to represent them. Be bold and brave and have nobody tell them “No” because they are right and nothing is going to stop them from winning a case. At the final verdict they also have to be able to accept their loss or wins. They tried there hardest and fought for what they thought it was right, but maybe it did not turn out how they expected to be.
