Throughout the conversation, they each glance down at their plates, but would reestablish eye contact which shows they are open and engaged in the conversation. They both presented positive facial expression showing that the conversation was happy, and they were enjoying each other’s company. I observed a genuine full smiling; the cheeks are raised, and the eyes squinted. Small grin smiles along with head nods indicated they are comfortable and find the conversation pleasant.
