What does the term neroglia mean? What are the 4 types of neuroglia cells in the CNS? Discuss this in detail. Neuroglia is a group of cells, in the nervous tissue that supports neurons that keeps the nervous system functioning and together. The 4 types of neuroglis cells of the CNS: (1.) Astrocytes are cells that support and structure cells that is a barrier for the brain through blood. (2.) Microglial cells are cells that remove dirt and attack microbes. (3.) Ependymal cells are cells that covers and lines the surfaces and cavities. (4.) Oligodendrocytes are cells that makes myelin that holds the nerve fibers in place.

What doe the term meninges mean? What are the 3 distinct layers of the meninges? Discuss this in detail. Meninges is membrane

It is a transgenic model of human gene CD-19 introduced into the mice for research studying the effect of CD19 related to B-cell related immunological response B. CD1dloCD5+ is a rare phenotype of Regulatory B cells found in spleen of normal and autoimmune mice producing IL-10 and hence also called the B10 cells. As this phenotype is identifies to regulate T cell dependent inflammatory response, they are researched for role in myasthenia gravis and other neuro inflammatory diseases. C. Myelin is a layer of protein and fatty acid that surround nerves and allows them to travel faster. Glial cells are responsible for the formation of myelin. 8. Scleroses is the thickening or hardening of body tissues, and in this case, specifically the brain/spinal cord. This effects nerve transmission because the brain will become unable to send or receive messages.…
