Many times, these changes make an individual appear older than he or she feels. Dr. Sam Gershenbaum is an award-winning, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who can address these neck creases and bands with a lower rhytidectomy (aka neck lift) at his surgery center in Miami.

What Other Procedures Can Dr. Gershenbaum Perform with a Neck Lift?

Dr. G can perform several procedures in conjunction with a lower rhytidectomy, these procedures include:

7. Closing the Incisions

Dr. Gershenbaum uses sutures and/or skin glue to close the incisions. The stitches he uses may dissolve on their own or patients might need to return to Dr. G Cosmetic Surgery Center in Miami several days later to have their stitches removed.

9. Bandages May Be Applied

Once the incisions are closed, a bandage may be placed around the patient’s neck and face. These bandages are used to minimize the incidence of bruising and swelling.
