I try to listen to the other people as if I was empathizing with them. when I get bored of listening to others I try to put myself in others situation in order to show interest in the conversation. Listening is very important it is a key to all effective communications, without effectively listening conversations are easily misunderstood. Simply listening to others can bring people together it makes a bond and a trust between them. Sometimes when my friends are going through something and they are really tired of it, feel like giving up and just want to talk to someone. And If I listen to them I relax myself and focus on them I also clear out my mind and let them feel free to speak. I also remove all the distraction, try to be patient and avoid any personal prejudice. It makes them feel very good after they let all out. After they trust me even more and it not just makes them happy but also it makes me happy. Inside I feel really good that someone can talk to me openly and it makes me feel special. Being a part of a group is almost everyday life at some point we all are a part of a group either it’s is big or small group, either family groups, social groups, sports groups, and business groups. In a group people interact or engage with others they share thoughts or their ideas on some task they all are working on at the time. Before I used to be really quiet in groups because I wasn’t confidence enough that my ideas could be good. Sometimes I wouldn’t say anything because I would be overthinking about what I should say or not and what if no one would like my ideas, I just didn’t want to embarrass myself. But
