This is me, the one who opted for the odd against the others. I decided to join band as the only one of my scholar batch. I knew that my priority is studying and that being a band member, I must dedicate much time in developing music skills. But I thought twice and even thrice. I made up my mind even when I knew a difficult journey is awaiting me. Holding the tuba, I gasped for air. Those vibratos were so unstable, just like me. Why still I can’t do it? Even with my eyes closed, I can read the entire score. Where did I go wrong? Calm down. I can’t give up. Focus. Think. What is the purpose of playing music? What is mine?
