Speed and agility are often used on the touch field, and a lack of these qualities will result in less ground cover during game play, and an inability to excel. Agility, “the ability to change position of the body quickly and precisely and still remain balance”, and speed, or anaerobic endurance, “the ability to put body parts into motion quickly and sustain high intensity efforts”, are closely related. Without speed, one cannot be agile. Therefore it was chosen to group these two skills and train them
