Based on the given objective and subjective data, Ms. G. has a non-purulent cellulitis with the following cardinal signs and symptoms; pain, swelling, erythema and warmth. She has severe cellulitis which requires blood culture to be done in order to know the baseline renal function and the type of antibiotics she will need to be taking. Her case also requires wound culture to isolate the etiology and possibly admitting her in the hospital for continued treatments.
