Miranda Cosgrove is a singer and actor who is a product of the Nickelodeon Franchise. She is one of the youngest and most successful stars with a net worth of 7 million dollars. Mirana has appeared in shows such as Drake and Josh along with iCarly. Each episode of the show iCarly landed Miranda 180,000 dollars. She is seen as the protagonist of the show. Her revenue has also built up because of her rather successful singing career. She has also lent her voice to characters in animated films and this definitely contributed to her net worth as a whole.

Early Life
Miranda Cosgrove was born to parents Tom Cosgrove, the owner of a dry cleaning business and Chris Cosgrove, a home maker. She was raised in Los Angeles, California- The City of Angels. She began her career at the age of three, appearing on TV commercials. An agent spotted her dancing and singing on tables at a restaurant and approached her family. Soon after, Miranda appeared in commercials for Mello Yello and McDonald’s. When she was just seven, she realise that show biz was her thing and began auditioning for TV roles and theatre.

She played the role of a rebellious band manager of a classroom’s rock band and this got her noticed in Hollywood. Her next big break came when she landed a leading role in the hit series, Drake and Josh where she played the notorious, devious role of Megan. She then appeared in films such as Keeping Up with the Steins alongside Yours, Mine and Ours. She also acted in several Nickelodeon and animation series that brought her more fame and success. What made Cosgrove pretty big was her starring in the sitcom iCarly. The show’s innovative format clicked with the young audience, it was targeting almost instantly. By 2008, iCarly was the third highest rated show among audiences in the 9 to 14 age
