It smells horrible out here, so many people and animals. Kenneth and I still need to stop at Jorgensen’s General Store. Kenneth met some ladies who needed help hauling the groceries back to their wagon. Once he had helped them, they then asked if we would like to be in their train since we had helped them. Later that night we met up with the husbands and figured out who would do what, they decided that Mr. and Mrs. Gary Weaver would be in the lead. And then in second would be Mr. and Mrs. Fred James, then in third would be Kenneth and I. In fourth would be Mike Smith, and in the back would be Clarence Jones. The ladies and I went to Jorgensen's General Store while the men were talking. Kenneth gave me about four hundred and fifty dollars so that I could buy the rest of the supplies, that I had forgotten at home. When I got there I decided to buy an extra 7 oxen for two hundred and forty dollars. I also bought two packhorses and two pack saddles for fifty-five dollars, and two saddle and saddlebags for five dollars. Since I love animals and want them to be warm I also bought the horses four blankets for eight dollars. The other ladies who were with me all were buying some milk cows, and they seemed important so I also bought one for seventy dollars. After all of that it left me with only seventy-two dollars left. I had forgotten to pack some extra clothes for along the trip so I also had to buy them at the general store, along with a flour grinder. I had remembered to bring along the candle stick molds but had forgotten to bring the candlesticks with me so I bought some candles.thr ladies were all buying the lanterns because I guess it was a steal down in the general store.once again I had remembered my coffee grinder but had forgotten my coffee pot, so I bought two. I bought some extra stools since they were made of wood and in case there wasn't enough trees wood for fire. After I had decided to buy the blankets for the horses
