The unemployment insurance is very good for people survives. Because the most unemployed who quit their jobs just because their previous employers no longer needed their skills, they need the unemployment insurance to provide their daily life. However, “All economic agents respond to incentives”. If a strong union supports their labors increase their wages and benefits by the strike, it will raise the motivation of lazy for their labors. Similarly, unemployment insurance guarantees the basic living standards, unemployed workers will reduce the hardship of job research if they have low personal demands. Because unemployment insurance is an employer paid government program
