Michael Jackson was known as an American pop singer with many talents; in 1964, at the age of five, almost six he had the ability to sing just like his older brother, Jermaine. Joe Jackson did not realize Michael’s talent until Katherine found him singing in his bedroom dancing along to the radio. When Katherine told Joe about this he did not believe her. Once Michael sang in front of his father he was amazed. Later on before Michael’s 6th birthday, his father had formed the Jackson 5, which included, Michael, Jackie, Tito, Marlon and Jermaine. With Succeeding single releases Jackson appeared as a person who could attract different audience like no one else could in the American music industry. “Billie jean” and “beat it” reached the number one; “Billie Jean” made him the first singer to be number one on the pop singles, pop album, R&B single and R&B album charts. His most famous dance move is known as, the moonwalk, it became every ones favorite move after he first showed it off while performing “Billie Jean” during the Motown 25 TV special in 1983.
