when a client shows symptoms of mental illness, I believe without a doubt is best to educate myself and the client the best methods to use to treat the issue. For example, when a client has a mental disorder I believe helping them learn about multiple routes that can help solve the complications is more effective than just using one method. For instance, If the client is able to do psychotherapy and medication to treat and recover from the mental illness, then it should be available for them to access and use that services.
