The proposed law in the radio interview “The dangers of cyberbullying”, Ms. Eden Foster commented the proposed bill called “Megan Meir Cyberbullying Prevention Act”. This bill will punish people who cyberbully. But what they missed and forgot was freedom of speech, or the right to say whatever you want. Freedom of speech is the Constitution’s first amendment. The Constitution is very important; it is the America’s national government and fundamental rights. The author explains the direct text of the first amendment and how anybody as cruel as somebody wishes. Concluding, cyberbullying is not illegal, is a right the Constitution created.
