It is specially designed as a support equipment for the patient. I would like to propose the radiographic table which accommodates with all types of body size and also built in foot control for easy usage. The size of the table should be large in size to support the patient with the large size. The most radiographic table is available with the size 2400 X 800 mm. Besides, the table should be strong enough so that it can withstand the patient who is very heavy. The maximum weight capacity of the most radiographic table is 295 kg. The radiographic table should be adjustable so that it can move in any direction. This refers to the height of the table which can be adjust up and down according to the patient’s height or during the patient transfer from the gurney to the radiographic table. The table should be in floating form so that the patients on the table is easy to be align with the tube and film (Proctor and Adams, 2014). The table must built with foot controller so that it is easy for the radiographer to control the movement of the table without use much energy. Additionally, the radiographic table is ought be made from radiolucent material so that the it will not affects the image form on the image receptor. The table also should be easy clean and scratch resistant so that it can withstand any hardy movement from the patients.
