An organization structure can be determined by few keys elements which are work specialization, departmentalization, centralization or decentralization and lastly formalization. Work specialization is defined as the distribution of working activities into specific tasks for an individual. It plays an essential role in McDonald’s (Montenegro, E. 2015) by dividing their employees to do different tasks to ensure the restaurant to be effective and efficient.
