This is not only limited to businesses, but to medical offices and schools as well. Part of the companies goal is to become a monumental part of the community 's health and wellness efforts. Cause Promotions- Cause promotions is the most well known of the company 's promotional efforts. A percentage of the proceeds from the various departments will be donated to the appropriate correlating cause. The company 's staff is also encouraged to participate in volunteer work or fund-raising events. Public Relations- The organic wholesale market allows customers to sample many of the products throughout the store. The company provides its customers with 100% satisfaction guarantee on their memberships and merchandise. They will provide a full refund for most products. The company also offers its employees competitive wages, generous benefits, and promotes a wellness program to minimize employee turnover. The company found increasing numbers when the markets are within close proximity. Another attraction of the locations would be the environmentally responsible and resource efficient building designs. Although the location is important, the company believes its low prices and unique products will attract customers.
