Honda’s current mission statement is, “Maintaining a global viewpoint, we are dedicated to supplying products of the highest quality, yet at a reasonable price for worldwide customer satisfaction.” Honda’s mission statement has remained the same and they have done so as well. Their process of evolving has come in forms of innovation and customer quality. Honda is a big corporation that employs many people.
The Three Joy’s includes the joy of buying, the joy of selling, and the joy of creating. The joy of buying is pretty much done by employees selling the product through great customer service. The joy of selling is done through employees also gaining the trust of their clients and building a relationship to better satisfy the consumer. The joy of creating is an overall love for what it is that is being created and done, and to believe in it as well.
Some of the strategies Honda is using that have since worked and keep working include keeping their manufacturing facilities local to Japan instead of becoming globally, in case of any rising problems that may occur.
